Fueling Hose Swivel Joint

The oil-resistant hose swivel joint is made of metal iron or copper by machining, and has relatively good strength and toughness, convenient maintenance and good versatility. Jayo provides several kinds of hose swivel with high efficiency and reliability to realize hopper and filler hose connections for petroleum-based products, gases and chemicals, including 24ITPS hose swivel, 45 Series, JG series, 36S8 Swivel.

24ITPS hose swivel: It is designed for application, where easy handling of nozzle and hose important for customer’s convenience. It is installed between the nozzle and the hose to reduce strain, provides flexibility and reduces premature hose wear.
Specification: 3/4″F x 3/4”M(NPT/BSPT)

45 Series Hose Swivel: It is installed between the nozzle and the hose to reduce strain,provides flexibility so that the fueling hose lasts long. This series of swivels are used for connecting the nozzle and the hose, 180° swivel action.
Specification: 3/4″& 1″ NPT/BSPT

JG series hose coupling: HB and JGH hose couplings are installed between the nozzle and the hose to reduce strain, providing flexibility so that the fueling hose lasts long. JGDB and JGD series hose coupling are designed for use between the hose and pipe, or between hose and other equipment.
Specification: 3/4″& 1″ NPT/BSPT

36S8 Swivel joint: It can change the connection between different  threads and different calibers, which is convenient to use. The full-circle swivel reduces the physical strain of aligning the nozzle with the fill pipe. Screen  protects the nozzle from debris.

36S7 Hose Swivel: This hose coupling is designed for use with fuel nozzle. The full-circle swivel reduces the physical strain of aligning the nozzle with the fill pipe. Different threads and different calibers can be replaced freely.
Specification: 3/4″& 1″ NPT/BSPT(Male)x3/4″& 1″NPT/BSPT(Female)
